- Breakout of floor slabs and grubbing of foundations to produce 6F2 for site capping
- 10,000m3cut to fill to achieve development platform, all filled soils placed to compaction specification
- Fixed remediation price and programme with warranty
The Solution
- 5,400m3 contaminated soils treated for on-site re-use
- Planning conditions discharged by Local Council and Environment Agency
- Phased handover of site to Main Contractor for store construction
- Remediation works and store opening completed to Programme
